You can get on the chairlift to the top of Mount Fertazza in the twilight of silent snowy woods.
On your arrival a buffet will welcome you. And as tradition dictates there will be a special menu for the most exciting night of the year.
Musical entertainment, midnight toast around a bonfire and fireworks will make your New Year's Eve a memorable experience
After dinner you'll go down to the valley with torchlights or with snowshoes, accompanied by ski instructors.

Porcini velouté with breaded quail breast with Schüttelbrot and Panna Agra
Red Turnip Gnocchi stuffed with Alpine Zigher, Roasted Nuts an Local Speck
Granny Smith Apple Sorbet
Veal Filet Mignon with Pesto Crust with Thyme Sauce, Purple Potato Mousseline and Baby Carrots
Vanilla Semifreddo and Pumpkin Seeds with Salted Caramel Sauce and Roasted Cashew Nuts
Panettone, Sweets, Cotechino and Lentils
The price includes ascent by chairlift, aperitifs, wines and sparkling wines, soft drinks and coffee, availability of snowshoes in case of snow.
