We respect the needs of those who consider animal exploitation unethical and for this reason we always propose Vegetarian or Vegan alternatives and we are available to evaluate the possibility of alternative preparations for those who are affected by particular intolerances.

THE CUISINE

Our restaurant, whose kitchen is personally managed by Carola, offers a daily choice of three first courses, three second courses and always a variety of homemade bread and desserts.


The choice of dishes is always rich in local recipes
, even re-elaborated, combined almost daily with Vegetarian or Vegan proposals.

Particular attention is paid to the quality of the basic ingredients and to the careful choice of them.

The philosophy of Ca 'del Bosco is to select simple, healthy and not previously processed products by food companies. Each dish has few ingredients that can be recognized and appreciated in their natural essence.
